Not many weddings are walking distance from my house. And not many parks are as beautiful as Cathedral Park in North Portland. All of us who live here know it. Kate and Chris especially know it and I LOVED being at their wedding. So much laughter and such great family. Gorgeous flowers by Anna Mara, unbelievable food by Din Din, and the reception was held at The Plant in SE Portland.

Despite being one of the warmest days of the year, Cannon Beach was cold and windy. So I made this ADORABLE family cuddle up. Jameson & Sophia, two beautiful and fun kids. Jamison was just itching to get out on his skimboard and I don't blame him one bit.

What? A backyard wedding, a tree planting ceremony, and anime fans? Sign me up. Heather and Sanjay currently live in Chicago but traveled back to Heather's hometown in Vancouver, Washington for their awesome wedding, held in their parent's backyard and the reception at the Firstenburg Community Center. It also happened that the Kumoricon Convention was being held in Vancouver so we grabbed a few shots with some attendees just for fun!
