Before heading off to overseas deployment, Laura & AJ did an anniversary shoot with Ashley and I in Kelley Point Park, in Portland. Their connection and patience is a beautiful thing.

Ok, I'm really not going to apologize for the amount of pictures of this post, because I love them and I loved this wedding, and I loved this couple. Anne & Neil found me through Raj & Karishma, who I was priviledged to photograph in India, and when they asked me to photograph their Hindu wedding in Ohio, it was an easy yes. Besides who DOESN'T want to be known as a Ohio Destination Wedding Photographer??? These are pictures from three days of ceremonies, including the Mehendi (henna), Satak ceremony, main wedding ceremony, and their colorful, peacock-themed reception. For local Ohio couples interested in great vendors, check out: Florals by Pavi Designs, Henna by Rita Patel of Ritas Beauty Salon, DJ and Sound by DJ Naveen. And I had the lovely pleasure of having Arielle Doneson shoot with me, a HUGE thank you to her!

Allison and Stephen are one of those couples who are so unreservedly in-love, they appear at any second that they could explode into a billion butterflies and flowers and fireworks. And I'm not being cheesy. I had a blast on their engagement session but seeing them around their family and friends is an entire other level of happiness. Their wedding was held at the Beazell Memorial Forest, in a barn, surrounded by trees. They did many of the details themselves and the desert bar catering was deliciously done by New Morning Bakery.

Diana & John
Downtown Eugene Oregon, at the First Church of the Nazarene, two of the nicest people ever in the history of the universe got married. Then we headed over to the Rose Garden for portraits. Brides, if you ever feel you are somehow short on compliments on how beautiful you look on your wedding day (Diana wasn't), go to a Rose Garden on a Sunday and people will tell you just how gorgeous you are.
