I live in North Portland and I absolutely love this place. So it's a wonderful feeling to meet people who adore it as much as I do. We wandered around St Johns Theater, Proper Eats, James John Cafe, Slim's, and of course Cathedral Park. Kate and Chris are getting married in Cathedral Park in St Johns. And I get to make their wedding pictures! I hope they don't mind if I'm munching on a burrito from Tienda Sante Cruz.

Portland weathermen are not to be trusted. That's why Jessica, Bryce, & I scheduled our engagement session on a day when it wouldn't be raining, when the light would be perfect, and where we could wander around Union Station being silly and having fun.

Kelli & Jerry
Kelli & Jerry are getting married in Seattle but came down to Portland for the sunshiniest sunshine of all sunshiny weekends of the last few weeks. Kelli had come to Westmoreland Park as a child, so for their engagement shoot we fed the ducks, made Sara Lee White Bread Mustaches™, played on the playground, played on the tennis court....yeah, it was fun times.
