In honor of my favorite person's birthday, we took an overnight trip up to Mt Rainier. We could not believe the incredible colors in October. Even though Steven's Canyon Road was closed, we had plenty to explore above the trees. Shot on the Fuji x-100 and Nikon F100 with Fuji Neopan 400 B&W film. How could I pass up showing the kids one of the most beautiful places on earth? Last month I photographed a wedding on Kaua'i so I brought Ashley, Jonathan and Holly to make sure we have snorkeling covered while I'm busy taking pictures. We stayed on the north shore in Princeville and explored Tunnel Beach, Ke'e Beach, the Kalalau Trail, Poipu, Waimea Canyon, geniune Shave Ice, the Na'pali coastline, and, the kids favorite attraction, the resort pool, all while eating li hing mui gummy bears and pineapple.
